How to make business with us

I：About the whole process of our business.

1.      Customer sends e-mail/fax/Call us to enquiry products, which they are interested in and we can offer.

2.      We will quote to customer according to his enquiry by e-mail/fax.

3.      Customer can counter offer if they think the price not so good.

4.      If we can accept the customer’s counter offer, we will inform customer and ask them give us the detail order.

5.      When we received the customer’s firm order, we will make a P/I with our company stamp and manager signature fax to customer for confirm.

6.      When customer received our P/I, he must be stamped with his company stamp and signed by who take charge of this order then fax back to us for our confirm.

7.      When customer confirmed the invoice, he should be T/T the payment to our bank, the detail information of our bank can be found in the invoice.

8.      When customer finishes the T/T, he should be fax us his copy paper of payment for us prepare the goods.

9.      When confirm the customer’s T/T, we will delivery out the goods within 5 working days normally.

10.     Normally the P/I will include the shipping details( ie. by Air-cargo, Courier or Sea shipment). Also includes the freight charge.

II：About After-Service:

1.      When we delivery out the goods, we will inform customer and provide the tracking NO. For customer tracking the goods in Internet.

2.      We will ask customer give us the feedback of our goods actively for know customer’s opinion in order to make our products quality better and better.

3.      We can offer the guarantee of our goods in half year except some special goods.

III：Attention:

1.      Customer should pay more attention to our bank detail information especially beneficiary, if he/she transfers to wrong beneficiary, we won't take any responsibility.

2.      The payment of goods we received in our bank must be equal to invoice amount exactly, we won’t bear any fee when the money on the transferring.

3.      When the goods enter customer’s country, all the tax and other charge must be paid by customer themselves.

4.      If customer asks we use they own forwarder and freight collect, we can do as customer requirement.

5.      All the prices we quote are FOB Shenzhen, China.
